- Dimitra Patroumpa Started February 2008. Awarded her MSc in March 2009. (Title of Thesis: "Design, Implementation and Experimental Evaluation of Data Collection Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks with Mobile Sinks"). Continuing for a PhD in wireless sensor networks.
- Konstantinos Marios Aggelopoulos Started November 2008. Title: Information Aggregation in Wireless Sensor Networks. Awarded his MSc in December 2010. Continuing for a PhD in Sensor Networks.
- Dionysios Efstathiou Started November 2009. Title: Wireless Sensor Networks with Mobile Sinks.

4. Georgios Mylonas (Title of Thesis: "Simulation and Implementation of Protocols in a Pilot Network of Real Smart Dust Devices"). Awarded his PhD in 2008. Now post-doc at CTI,Greece.
3. Andreas Koutsopoulos Started October 2008. Title: Algorithmic Issues in Wireless Sensor Networks. Now PhD student at the U. of Paderborn, Germany
2. Athanassios Kinalis (Title of Thesis: "Design, Simulation and Evaluation of Data Propagation Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks"). Awarded his PhD 2010. Now he cooperates with ICT industry in Greece.
1. Christoforos Raptopoulos (Title of Thesis: "Design and Analysis of Algorithms for Random Intersection Graphs". Awarded his MSc Degree in September 2005. Post-doc at the the U. of Paderborn, Germany and now post-doc at CTI, Greece.
