The main objective of the project is to create an educational methodology for adult educators based on which the educators will be training on creating learner-center educational content   based on game-base simulation for supporting and encouraging their adult learners to engage in their own learning process and achieve their learning goals.
In particular, the adult educators will be training to incorporate the principals of andragogy in their teaching methods focusing on the following topics:
a) Digital skills
b) Green skills and sustainability
c) Employees rights
The training material was further structured in a form of a scenario-based serious game in where the trained educators will practice the gained knowledge and skills in a 3D virtual environment ensuring an immersive and realistic experience

The specific objectives of the project are:
a) To improve the qualifications of adult educators in providing learner-centered educational content.
b) To equip the adult educators with up -to- date material about current topics such as employees’ rights; green skills and digital skills.
c) To foster digital skills of adult educators through the provision of an innovative 3D virtual world learning environment in where they can perform gamified activities.
