The adaptation of existing and the addition of new functions to the VOUCHER training management information system as well as the support of the productive operation of the system, to cover the operational needs of the OAED in the context of its cooperation with the Training & Lifelong Learning Centers (KE.DI .BI.M) of the HEIs, with the Private Centers for Lifelong Learning (K.D.V.M.) as well as the pilot program (synergy with the Municipalities of Amaroussi, Korydallos and Mandra – Idyllia) for the diagnosis of the needs of local markets labor and the faster coupling of labor supply and demand.
