CTI is located in a privately owned building with a total area of 4,600 sq.m., situated on a 10,000 sq.m. plot of land granted by the University of Patras. The building is named after the late Professor Dimitris Maritsas, the founder and acting director of the Institute. It is a technologically modern facility with five floors, including meeting and presentation rooms, an auditorium with a seating capacity of 132 people, storage areas, a computer room, a computer center, and a gym. CTI also maintains offices in Athens (Syntagma) and a large warehouse for school books in Aspropyrgos.
