The Project “T4E: Accelerated School Teachers Training in the implementation of remote learning” aimed at the design and implementation of a rapid 20-hour distance learning program for teachers of all specialties. The T4E training program involved modern technologies and approaches such as synchronous (video conferencing) and asynchronous distance education (e-me and eClass platforms).
In this context, CTI undertook: a) the customization of the e-me Digital Educational Platform (e-me.edu.gr) to meet the needs of the training program, in order to facilitate high-quality distance education at all levels of schooling, as well as the customization of a synchronous remote learning platform based on the -familiar to teachers- webex service, b) technical support for the creation of the collaborative spaces for the planned training groups on the e-me platform, as well as of the groups on the webex platform, c) the creation of educational material (texts, videos, slides, exercises, etc.) for the use and pedagogical exploitation of the e-me Digital Educational Platform in the context of both synchronous and asynchronous training, as well as the production of user guides for the synchronous webex platform, d) support for uploading the MOOC modules produced by project partners on the mooc.edu.gr platform of the Ministry of Education, as well as the production of modules for the e-me Digital Educational Platform and the webex environment.
