The aim of the proposed platform was to introduce an innovative business model that aspires to radically  change the way delivery services operates in Greece.
It is an open web platform for software, aimed at both stores and consumers. It is based on the optimal management of the time and the destination of each delivery and the model of work sharing between distributors and customers (consumers or businesses) on the logic of customization, utilizing advanced optimization algorithms developed by the research entities of the project. The technological innovation of the platform is based on the precise forecasting of the estimated delivery time through many parameters (eg seasonality, peak hours, special days and events, weather conditions, historicality, number of affiliated stores), and on the multivariate optimization algorithms , to make real-time decisions about timely notification of the most suitable affiliated dealers for work at specific times, etc., to ensure optimal utilization of the mind and total consumer ecosystem, enterprises, distributors operating in harmony, serving the maximum workload and ensuring the consumer side faster delivery.
