The aim of the project was the design, development and installation of an integrated information system with extended traceability (from animal husbandry to consumption), utilizing innovative information system design techniques and computational intelligence algorithms and methodologies, with the ultimate goal of monitoring production process of meat products in its entire range, with the cooperation of experienced technically trained staff.
