CTI has implemented and supports the operation of the following payroll systems for the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports:

Α. «DIAS»

The DIAS system is a software for the collection of data and the calculation of the salary of Educational and Administrative employees Nationwide and its subsequent submission to the Unified Payments Authority.

Basic functions:

• Calculates monthly payroll (about 150,000 employees in Regional Education Directorates, GAS, Libraries, Academy, etc.)
• Calculates retroactive payments, strikes, overtimes, etc.
• Automatically creates Payroll statements, retroactive payment statements (individual or bulk), Income Certificates (monthly, annual), EFKA submission reports, Produces XML for the Single Payments Authority

Β. Integrated Information System for the Management & Monitoring of Physical and Financial Data for the needs of co-financed operations for substitute teachers

The “ESPA Staff Structure of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports” implements (annually and depending on the needs of Education) a series of Actions of the Operational Program (OP) Education and Lifelong Learning – (estimate annual total number of contracts: >35,000 for more than 12 operations based on experience from the last years). For the management and monitoring needs of the above Operations CTI has implemented, maintains and supports an Integrated Information System for Management and monitoring of physical and financial object data, based on the service needs.

Usage Figures of the above systems:

• Use of the DIAS system by the Departments of Education Nationwide (Primary and Secondary) and other bodies (Public Libraries, General State Archives, etc.). >180 organizations
• Payments: approximately 150,000 (permanent teachers, substitutes, hourly workers, administrators, transferees, faculty, overtime, extraordinary payments, etc.)
• Specialized system for payroll of Submsitute teachers paid from ERDF programs (about 35,000)
